Orbit 55201 Pulse XL Pop-Up Impact Sprinkler for a planned underground impact-sprinkler zone with compatible connections.
Choose this model for a planned underground impact-sprinkler zone with compatible connections.
- Good for
- A planned underground impact-sprinkler zone with compatible connections.
- Look elsewhere if
- You want a portable hose sprinkler that works without digging.
- The tradeoff
- The recessed format needs installation and system layout work.
At a glance
- Watering method
- Sprinkler
Why it earns a look
- The head retracts into a canister between uses.
- A wide adjustable arc supports several zone positions.
Where it asks for a compromise
- It needs a planned underground installation.
Choose the underground role deliberately
The canister lets the head retract between watering cycles, but that benefit comes with a buried installation. Match the inlet, spacing and zone design before choosing it. A portable impact sprinkler is the more flexible purchase when the hose layout changes week to week.
Living with it in the garden
Watch the first cycle to confirm where water reaches.
Clear filters and outlets when the pattern changes.
