At a glance
- Watering method
- Hand watering
Why it earns a look
- A D-grip offers a defined enclosed hand position.
- The thumb control adjusts water at the working end.
Where it asks for a compromise
- Its reach is the same fourteen-inch class as the newer Elevated model.
Compare the grip before buying another wand
The D-grip gives this short wand a different hold from the Elevated 28285. Both offer a fourteen-inch, seven-pattern format, so grip preference is a more useful reason to choose between them than expecting a different reach. A much higher basket needs a longer tool.
Living with it in the garden
Start with a gentle flow around loose soil.
Release hose pressure when watering is finished.
