Oscillating SprinklersOUR TAKE
Melnor XT 65167AMZ oscillating sprinkler
A twenty-nozzle XT oscillating sprinkler with width, range and flow adjustments.
The width controls are the feature to pay attention to when a rectangular lawn meets a flower bed. Start with a short, narrow sweep and open it gradually until the grass is covered. The flow control gives another adjustment when one corner is getting more water than it needs.
- Good for
- Rectangular lawns and larger patches reached from one hose position.
- Look elsewhere if
- Corners and narrow curved beds may need a different watering layout.
- The tradeoff
- The largest stated coverage needs suitable water pressure and favorable conditions.
