FCMP HOTFROG 19-gallon rolling composter, blue
A smaller 19-gallon rolling composter in black and blue.
The smaller HOTFROG makes sense when a full-size tumbler would crowd the working corner of the yard.
- Good for
- A modest batch in limited outdoor space.
- Look elsewhere if
- The garden produces enough material to justify a larger chamber.
- The tradeoff
- The compact body trades batch capacity for a smaller setup.
At a glance
- Format
- Single-chamber rolling tumbler
- Capacity
- 19 US gallons
- Manufacturer model
- HF-RC2000WB-BLU
Why it earns a look

- Rolling body for moving the batch.
Where it asks for a compromise
- The compact body trades batch capacity for a smaller setup.
Picture the whole composting route
The body can roll toward the garden for emptying. Give it a route that works with the loaded composter, and choose a single-chamber batch pattern that fits how material arrives from the kitchen and yard.
Living with it in the garden
Follow the instructions for the material balance and care.
Leave access for loading and collecting finished material.
