Self-Watering PlantersOUR TAKE
FCMP Heritage self-watering planters, black two-pack
A pair of black self-watering pedestal planters, 28.5 inches tall.
A matched pair is a lovely fit for an entrance or patio when two planting spots are part of the plan.
- Good for
- Two coordinated porch or patio planting positions.
- Look elsewhere if
- One small tabletop pot would cover the job.
- The tradeoff
- Tall planters need a stable location and room for their full footprint.
At a glance
- Pack
- Two black planters
- Height
- 28.5 inches
- Construction
- Recycled polyethylene with adjustable liner
Why it earns a look
- Self-watering reservoir and adjustable liner.
- Two coordinated planting positions.
Where it asks for a compromise
- The two-pack asks for two useful places in the garden.
Give the entrance a pair of planting spots
The adjustable liner lets the planter work with a reservoir or a suitably sized drop-in pot. Picture the filled arrangement at the doorway, including space to walk past and reach the reservoir.
Living with it in the garden
Follow the reservoir setup and drainage instructions.
Keep the access route clear beside the planters.
