- You need a ready-to-run system with every supply component included.
- The tradeoff
- An assortment offers options, but some pieces may remain unused.
Why it earns a look
- The case keeps small irrigation parts together.

Where it asks for a compromise

Buy the assortment when several parts are missing
A case of fittings is useful when the garden keeps changing and you regularly add another pot or branch line. If one coupling is all you need, a dedicated pack is simpler. Lay out the tubing route first so the assortment complements a plan rather than becoming a collection of spare pieces.
Living with it in the garden
Return unused fittings to their labelled spaces.
Flush new tubing before attaching small emitters.
